What is Burn?
The word burn meaning is afire something. But in the medical science the meaning of burn is difference from general burn meaning. In the medical science a burn is an injury to cell resulting from heat,hot liquid like oil,water,chemicals,acid and electricity. Large number of people remember heat is the only reason of burns, but few type of chemical elements and electrical current also can burnt.
Although the tissues under the body can also be burned, and internal parts may be burned even the skin is not burned. For example, drinking a very hot liquid such as an acid can burn the stomach. Inspiring smoke and hot air from a fire in a burning place can burn the lungs.

Classification of burn:
There are three types of burn. They are following below:
1. First degree burn.
2. Second degree burn.
3. Third degree burn.
Burns are also classified by extent,patient age, and illness.
First degree burn: The first degree burns is lowest dangerous. They possibly blood-red or gray but will establish superior capillary fill again. First-degree burns is not injured at the start. Whenever the injury is whipped, this represents a unfair heaviness.
Second degree burn: In second degree burn the skin whips. The foundation of the whips may be red or off-white and made full with a clear or compact liquid. The burn is partially oversensitive to the touch and could colorless when touched.
Third degree burn: Third degree burn make the largest damage. Because the nerve endings in the skin have been damaged. The burnt field has no feel when touched anyone. Third degree burns are not painful.In third degree burn damaged red blood cells in the injury area.
Burn Treatment
There are 90% burn patient are well in home treatment ,doctor chamber and hospitalization.
Hospitalization is needed for this following conditions:

- The face, hands, genitals, or feet are burned.
- The person is under 4 or over 70 years old.
- The person would have difficulty caring for the wound adequately at home.

First Aid burn treatment:First time is to remove the clothes and jewelery of the person who has got burnt. Or else once the skin swells it will become nearly impossible to remove the clothes and jewelery..................see more
Home treatment: Take a cloth and dip it in diluted vinegar . Keep this cloth on the affected part of the body. This will make sure that the patient will get some relief from the pain.
